  • Regulatory Adherence (10%): Flawless record of filing flight plans with AirNav Indonesia, adherence to flight corridors, and full compliance with all Indonesian Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR).
  • Ground Safety (5%): Rigorous protocols for passenger embarking/disembarking, heliport safety, and refueling procedures.

2. Itinerary & Scenic Quality (Weight: 25%)
