Captain I Wayan Sudarsana
Chief Pilot & Head of Flight Operations
Credentials: Indonesian DGCA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL-H), Bell H125 Type Rating, over 8,000 flight hours, Certified Flight Instructor.
Bio: Captain Wayan is a son of Bali and one of Indonesia’s most respected helicopter pilots. With a career spanning two decades, he has flown extensively throughout the Indonesian archipelago for VIP transport, aerial work, and emergency services. His intimate knowledge of Bali’s complex microclimates and terrain is second to none. As Chief Pilot, he is responsible for overseeing all flight operations, pilot training, and route planning in coordination with AirNav Indonesia. Ayu Lestari
Head of Guest Experience
Credentials: Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from STP NHI Bandung, former Guest Relations Manager at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan.
